Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is required. You will be responsible for supporting HR functions, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment and candidate screening
• Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new hires
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Help manage employee benefits and payroll processing
• Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department
• Handle employee queries and provide basic HR support
Required Qualifications:
• Strong interest in Human Resources and career development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
• Internship or volunteer experience in HR or administration
• Familiarity with HR software and tools
• Knowledge of basic labor laws and regulations
