UX Designer

We're seeking a talented UX Designer to create exceptional user experiences for our digital products. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive interfaces that delight users. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct user research and usability testing • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows • Design intuitive and accessible user interfaces • Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation • Develop and maintain design systems • Present design concepts to stakeholders • Iterate designs based on user feedback and data Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of UX design experience • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design process • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) • Understanding of user-centered design principles • Experience with user research methodologies • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with design systems and component libraries • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS) • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) • Experience in agile development environments
